    Striped sheets

    Hi,
I recently bought a clc3200 for 100€. I solved some little jams and the colours misalignment with a dc-con and mn-con clear, but i do not know how to solve the problem of dirty sheets that you see on the picture below:

    DSCN0541.jpgDSCN0540.jpgDSCN0543.jpgDSCN0542.jpg

The black drum is new, just bought and installed last week, instead two color drum are at 220% of their life and the remaining drum is at 58%.
I cleared the transfer belt but in a few of second it back again covered with color... i want to print only B&W and i do not have enough money for the color drums...
How can i do? It is possible to remove color drums and leave only the black?

    Thanks to all!

At first; It's a color device so it can't be used with just black drum in it. You will get some error codes if you try it.
The 220% drums are probably one reason for the stripes. Then the belt is another (or the cleaner of the belt actually).
How much the machine has on the meter?

The drums may be bad, but the first thing I would do is replace the 'transfer cleaning assembly' #FG6-8989-000.

looks like you need an ITB cleaning blade and thurough cleaning on the unit. Get prepared to invest some money to get this unit to a usable condition. Drums, fuser, ITB rebuild and time to have it all done.

I am a student not a business user, itook this machine to print my lecture notes and books for college at an affordable price, I'm not interested in the colors of the colors and the drums are out of my reach at the moment ... Friday, when I finish a week of study and come home for the weekend, I'll see in what condition is the transfer belt cleaner and possibly try to order one ... when it will arrive, i will unmount and clean the IBT.

Unfortunately where I live there are no technical or service centers within 150-200km ...

PS: the copier has 121-126000 copies, now i don't remember perfectly!

the meters on the unit do not matter in your case. You bought a used machine and not everyone is ethical and the assemblies could have been swapped out with ones from a different machine with a higher meter or more wear and tear. Post some pics and we can give you some opinions on what we see. Drum surface, ITB condition, fuser condition....etc.

the bottom line is> U Need to replace the Cleaner Blade Unit/ if u have never taken out an ITB unit or the Cleaning Unit - u will need direction. - be careful/ do not attempt to remove ITB Sheet if u have never done it
u can clean outside of sheet -by rotating black gear

Looks more pronounced in light densities(half tones). I've had ITB swing gear assembly cause this.
