one of the gear is missing this cause the paper jam.
Yeah, a missing gear will do that. I have also seen the bearing for the gray internal delivery roll assembly pop out at the front,losing the drive at the gear at the front of the delivery roll assembly. Also have seen the rubber rollers rotate on the shaft itself and also if the sensor actuator shown in the pic is massively worn down the paper will not be detectedOriginally Posted by abkonnet
