    Usually its the tab that the mount screw passes thru that breaks off rather than the pin itself. The duct does not sit flush at the left end so the laser shutter does not open fully. I usually melt a paper clip(make a hoop) to repair them. Or you just have to replace the rear plate of the primary duct, not the entire assembly

    The code was E0001, I should have guessed customer would get it wrong!
    I reset the code, machine works but the rear of the page isn't fused, print rubs of easily, rest of the page is ok, weird!?

    Your fuser has a broken upper bushing, or a worn out lower bearing
