    IRC6800 error 000006-0001

    Hi Guy's
I have been getting ongoing errors on this machine, previously lots of 00001 errors. I have replaced thermistors, wiring loom and connectors to fuser assembly which seamed to fix, now i keep getting 000006-0001, not much info and reset fixes for a couple of days.
    Any idea's

This is the Canon fix :-0
E006 The fixing assembly has a comparison error.
0001 The fixing drawer has been identified
    as being disconnected.
Check the connector of the drive
solenoid of the fixing web; then, turn

off and then on the main power.

    Replace drive solenoid too.

Check that the 57T fuser drive gear is not damaged - part number FU5-0176-010.

    imageRUNNER C5800 / C6800 / C5870U / C6870U Error Code E006
Intermittently, the machine will code into an E006.

When the fixing/feeder drawer is engaged, signal FSR-UNIT-CNCT is generated to tell the DC Controller that the drawer is properly connected.

The signal is wired via a loopback to connector J434-B9 & J434-B10 located on the rear of the fuser assembly. Remove the connector and check for a pinched wire in the loopback cable.
