    Title :
    0094 Jam Code
The document feeder is generating a 0094 jam code that will not clear until the machine is power cycled.

A 0094 jam code can be generated by any paper path sensor in the document feeder.
    Any of the path sensors (PI1, PI11, PI12, PCB2, PCB3, PCB4) can cause a 0094 jam code.

    Solution :

Returning the prism for PI7(DADF M1) / PCB2(DADF S1) to its proper position, resolved this issue.

See photo below for location of sensor prism.

    ================================================== ==================================================

EXAMPLE---------------------a foreign object was found interfering with the flag actuator operation of PI11.
The picture below shows the location of PI11.

i clean every sensor but jam still occur
I got this after replace pickup roller

Re: Canon IR adv 81055 ADF Problem - Jam Code 0095

    Hi
I'm also having the same problem. My adf tray does not lift nor does the led light turns on when i insert the paper.
I had also already posted the same thread earlier but could not figured out the problem. I have changed all the sensors, pcb boards and the dadf drive board but no luck.
I'm guessing could it be the firmware? Mine nic card is also not working so cannot update my firmware.
Im out of ideas please help

    regards

    Amit
