    Could't find "TRAY DESIGNATION"

Print out reports on a iR2870, instead of coming out to the finisher, it came out from the right hand side ( to the external delivery tray ) and stuck inside between the cover where we didn't use the external delivery tray.If i am not mistaken, there should be setting in the common setting where we can set the tray designation but just couldn't find it.
Does anybody knew where i can find the TRAY DESIGNATION.

    Thanks.

actually by the way it sounds the machine thinks that the outer tray is installed on the right hand door and that is why it is trying to feed the fax reports there. Setting the out tray to a zero would disable this and force the faxes to come out under the scanner.

If you had an extra tray just simply remove tha plastic cover on the upper right hand side and attach the tray.
