I think he was talking about the actual counter check button on the control panel. It has a '123' on it.1496_001.jpg

Morning to you guys,
Thank you so much to all of you who have been response to my topics.
DLP you got my question right what I'm facing with that machine. The machine using WITHOUT a image pass and current now just using a normal printer driver iRC3200/3220 PCL5c driver. In the driver properties as I mention I have set as default printing B/W only and have click APPLY it.
Do you think if I changed to PS driver will solve the problem ? Where can I get these HPLJ 4100 printer driver ?
I had to read these posts a few times before the light bulb in my head went off too.

Check the Grey Compensation box, then set the color mode to B/W.
Also, the HP lj4100 print driver comes with just about every windows OS. Add printer, use the existing port, and instead of clicking "have disk" browse to hp and look for the pcl driver.
Remember> some programs treat graphics as color whether it is B&W or Color, causing the copier to reproduce the B&W graphic with a four color process.
Result is a count for= Full Color
