    check setting !!!!!! > means to View what the Developer setting is showing on the screen

    if u have a blank page/ that is another issue/
    did u check to see the Cam Pressure
    check Developer Clutch
    Check to make sure the developing cylinder is turning.
    Re-seat transfer roller and confirm correct pressure.

    check if the Laser Shutter is operating correctly. To check the Laser Shutter, first remove the Left Middle Panel.Open and close the right door while looking at the bottom of the laser where the shutter is located. You should see the shutter move from front to rear. If the shutter is not moving, check to see if it is out of place or that the shutter cable is working correctly.

    cleaning laser unit ,the laser whith dust make the copier light and however toner always use the original because the same have a 2 components .

    When will this model curl up & die! If I see another 3100 it will be too soon! E020-0081, jammig, lines, etc etc etc Aghhhhhh
