    canon ir 6870c with E000225-001

Hi folks.I have an ir 6870c showing an Eooo225-001.The manual mentions the scanner lamp. One of our guys swapped the lamp with another machine and the board supplying the lamp but no joy. This machine is 180 miles away so I am just checking to see if there is something peculiar to this model before I have to travel.Best regards.
