    Canon IR3045 , Rippled copies A3 trailing edge

    Hi Guys ,( info required)

    I have an IR 3045 that prints out A3 copies with a ripple along trailing edge side (last 2-3 inches) , have changed fuser film and pressure roller , replaced feed assm ,and reg flag arm etc. A4 copies are fine , Cheers.

    Yes , it has a Q4 finisher and bridge unit , must admit I haven't tried without them on, there are no signs of any obstructions and both paper paths have been cleaned

    This kind of issue i solve with replacing roller,paper feeder

    i have the same problem. i change heat roller, pressure roller, paper feeder of a3 cassete,

    and the printes makes a rippled copies A3, along trailing edge side (last 2-3 inches)

    Pop the plate off of the top of the right door and set Option>Acc>out-try to 1, restart copier, and choose that exit for paper. Run it that way to see what happens...

    Check if the 1st paper delivery flapper is broken in the 2nd delivery frame assembly.The part, FL2-1212-030 can be seen in the image below.

    part tends to break at the point where the solenoid actuates the flapper.

    Go into service mode level 2 options, body and look for FXSP type of name, this is the fuser speed setting, set it to 3.

    tanks for eveybody
    was right canonbloke. when I change the speed of fuser, the rippled disapear.
