    Post Paper 210.0 x 315.0mm in ir8070

    Hi guys!

My question today is: Do I need to print a document on a paper size 210.0 x 315.0 mm.
The drawer with automatic recognition acknowledges the role as "U3".
This format is cut and the client needs to print duplex on it. Remember: the format does not follow a pattern.

Someone could tell me what could be done / set / adjusted on the machine so I can print the front and back of that paper?

Any help on how to print double-sided on paper with no pattern also helps.

    Thanks guys!

the closest size set up for 210.0 x 315.0 mm

    is
    Foolscap, Folio = 8.27 × 13 - 210mm × 330mm

    COPIER> OPTION> CST> CST-U3
    34: G-LGL *, 35: FOLI, 25: A-FLS

    in Level 2
    COPIER > OPTION > CST
    CST-U1/U2/U3/U4

Use it to select paper names used in paper size groups.
By setting any of the following special paper sizes for U1, U2,
U3, and U4, these paper sizes may be recognized as special size
papers for the universal cassette in question.
    setting
    24: Foolscap (CST-U2; default)
    25: Australian Foolscap
    26: Oficio
    27: Ecuadorian Officio
    28: Bolivian Officio
    29: Argentine Letter (U4; default)
    30: Argentine Letter-R
    31: Government Letter (U1; default)
    32: Government Letter (U1; default)
    32: Government Letter-R
    34: Government Legal (U3; default)
    35: Folio
    36: Argentine Officio
    37: Mexico Officio
    38: Executive

If you need both sides to line up correctly I would print on a larger (standard size) paper and send the job out for cutting after you print. The only paper input you have to run irregular sizes is the stack bypass and if you are running a lot of pages that will get aggrivating as you can only load about 30 pages at a time there.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

    Solved!

With the tips that "teckat" gave us, we rotate both sides in this format, but it does not clip.
We told the client he should use the A4 all worked perfectly. The client heard us. Now the machine works like a charm! x)

    Thank you for your help.
    Goodbye!
