    i have the same problem with my canon but that Rear Shutter Gear Stopper is ok,
    what else can be broken?

    Check upper bushings also. I've had them break and cause this code.

    Check for paper wedged in the rear frame connector that the fuser plugs into.

    A piece of paper found in the connector can be very small, blocking only one pin within the connector. It may be necessary to remove the Fixing/Feeder Frame Assembly to see and remove paper from the connector on the rear frame of the machine.

    Are you a tech? The bushings are right on the upper fuser roller.
