In ATR control, the detected T/D ratio is upper than its upper limit (13%) 3 times in succession.
Check on toner leak from toner buffer in the developing unit, or Replace the ATR sensor.
The toner inside the toner cartridge is first sent to the buffer assembly of the developing unit for storage. Then, the movement of the toner feed screw supplies toner from the toner buffer assembly to the developing chamber in an amount determined as the result of ATR control.
The Bk toner cartridge uses a toner feed screw mounted inside it to move toner,
while a Y, M, or C toner cartridge relies on the rotation of the developing rotary (for lack of a feed screw) to move toner along the protrusions arranged in a spiral inside the cartridge.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
