    Cannon IR C3220

All four drums have been replaced (OEM new) as well as the black toner. The error code that first came up was E000020-0425 and indicates a different drum each time the machine is restarted. I read through the forums and found out that the -0425 responds to the fourth drum. Now a new error message is coming up it is E000020-0181. I have read that the 0181 error is for the salt sensor, but I have no clue where that might be. These error codes started appearing when the new drums were installed and there are no errors when the old drums are put back in. If anyone could lend a hand in figuring this out, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

I shot myself in the foot once on one that turned out to be the sensor assembly that rides over the top of the ITB unit, just behind the right cover above the manual paper feed. It has the small blue lever on it. It was not properly seated,(on the rear pivot in my instance) that was the route of my issue. Popped it back into place and the copier then stopped coding on me...

Everything is fixed now. For some reason it threw codes unless each drum was inserted individually, machine powered on then the next drum inserted. Thanks for the advice mrfixit51.
