If the image on the drum is normal.
Could be poor transfer voltage output from DC pcb.

Check the Transfer Roller Bias Tab/ is it Missing ?? Damaged ??

the image in drum is pale.

i change the transfer roller with other machine and the copys are pale.

If your image is pale on only one side of the DRUM for all PRINTS,COPIES & FAXES

U swapped just the roller or the entire transfer unit/ did u check that BIAS TAB
