Canon IR 5000 Hard Disk Clone - Help Required

I have read many posts on above topic but don't able to solve my problem

I have two Canon IR 5000 Photocopiers, one of the Hard Disk is physically damaged, both HDs were 20 GB each.

Now the only disk available work on both the machines, I have a 80 GB Branch New Disk, I have tried Norton Ghost, Acronis and Paragon Partition Manager to clone HD.

Machine starts, Canon logo displayed and half of progress bars fills then an error displayed, I have gone through the error details its suggests problem in HD

Please help me which software may I use to clone the only HD for use at other machine.

    Thanks

You have to have a good working drive to clone, he has none, so cloning is not the answer.

    No
I have another HD of 80 GB capacity with me
Can "HDClone" will make such a duplicate copy that this new HD will boot IR 5000?
As I have already tried Ghost and Acronis, both creates Clone but that HD don't works on IR 5000

    Active Boot CD
    Disk & Partition Clone
    Acronis Boot CD
Acronis Disk Clone, Acronis True Image

But you should understand perfectly that do.......
Also that such sector, partition & file system.
Otherwise it is possible to damage a disk and all data on it......

    Thank you very much Gensys,
Yes I know the risk of destroying Disk and Data
I started with a fresh Disk of 80GB
used Acronic True Image Server for cloning both Hard Disks
it works fine, shows all of the partitions of source were cloned to target disk
when I Use new Disk, Machine starts, half of the progress bar fills and then machine gives
    hard disk error

So I will try Active BootCD this evening
