When you are at the op panel, pressing on the Paper Source button, does it indicate paper loaded in the drawers 1 and 2?
Is this resulting from a print job, or a copy job?
The reason I ask this question is because the print driver can be confusing the copier by specifying a different type/size paper that should be loaded into a specific location to make the driver happy...
yes in op panel it indicate paper in drawers. this problem persists in both copy job & print job. i am interchange the deck 1 & deck 2 unit but problem not solved.
load paper could be due to the wrong TYPE of paper selected for Decks-
Make sure decks 1 & 2 are not set to Heavy type paper>Additional Function > Common Settings >< Store Paper Type>
do u have any Alarm codes listed ??
check if u have this deck retry to pick up failure=Alarm Code 040018 ???

thanks all of you. the problem solved with DC-CON clear in service mode. but i want to know that what is the reason behind DC-CON clear.
Lets consider it as brain washing, the ram stores system data, and if the data is corrupted, the copier cannot make accurate decisions about it's own status. Clearing it throws out the corrupted data and reloads factory defaults. The need to have a p-print or label print, is so you can restore the original settings back into the copier, that may be different than the default settings...
thanks for your kind support, now iam understand the whole matter.
Point to keep in mind/ all Printers come with P Print settings/ on the door or under a cover-
on new installs after your set-up/ and adjustments-u need to print out the new P Print settings to keep at machine, also give copy to customer- u also need to give customer and leave at machine the User Data print out settings
