    1.jam type: Delay. sensor: Ps9c=pre-registration sensor detects paper before registration
    2.jam typr : Delay . Sensor : Ps1c=cassette 1 paper sensor detects the presence/absence of cassette 1
    3.jam type : Delay. Sensor: Ps13=fixing outlet sensor detects paper at the fixing outlet ,PS14=No. 1 delivery sensor detects delivery
    4.Jam Type : STNRY. Sesnor : Ps3a=cassette 1 paper level sensor A detects paper level A in cassette 1

    I have to agree with Teckat, please just post the jam codes, not the explanation of the jam codes...

    And you say you checked the sensor finger,, does it have the metal shield on it? And if it does not, replace it with one that does have the shield. FL2-4520-000

    I think helping this guy just a waste of time.
    He is just kidding us.
    In my opinion Seshu isn't a technician, and never had copymachine.

    When I asked him:
    Have you checked the blue drum protector cover?

    Said:Yes...

    ...but this machine hasn't got blue drum protector cover...
