    Do you have modified machine?

    Grey vertical path.
    new type of doors.

If paper run slow check paper type settings.

    Post jam history.

    Good point

If you apply pressure to the lower door while copying and if it doesn't jam the door needs attention.

The reg sensor just below the dev roller also wears and there's an upgraded one with a metal strip available.

If there is jam from both trays, you have a minimal chance of tray assy error.
Please attach jam history as Zoraldinho asked.
