Make sure that the bearings haven't fallen out on the ends of the foam covered pre-reg roll. I've seen them disintegrate. Check that the pre-reg sensor is working in service I/O mode. If all ok check the connectors for the vertical clutch assembly. The inside silver roll is driven by the clutch in the vertical assembly

From image looks like jamming under drum, do as previous post first, Does it jam every time? Has m/c got high volume? if so check drum drive gear in rear of m/c, behind hvt and silver disc a double gear breaks, easy to check

Judging by that question and your logo, I'm assuming you're an end user. Maybe you should call a tech.

There is also the registration roller brake. Over time the roller does not turn very easily, and a dirty/worn registration clutch can then start to slip, causing late timing issues. This is prone to happen on older equipment. Remove, clean, lube with light oil, the green plastic brake shoes...

0109 is late getting to pre-registration sensor. The posted image has nothing to do with the jam. The pre-reg sensor is at the very top of the vertical path. Before registration and imaging.

I am aware of that, what caught my eye was the statement of long usage of the machine, and the stalled image provided. These things led me to think of the registration area and it's inherent problems.

Currently ive changed whole unit 1 with spare one. I think it has something to do with what mrfixit51 stated. I check the sensor which seems to be ok.
