desiply scren error code E 840-01
for canon ir 7095
Check and Replace,(fixing inlet sensor ) , DC CONTROLLER PCB ASSEMBLY
,driver PCB motor , FIXING/FEEDER FRAME ASSEMBLY.
same proplem !!!!!!!

Check if paper is stuck in unit 1 frame side connector /you might get a E840. If no paper is found in the connector check the connector for damage or cracks. Frame side connector assembly (FM2-5091-000).

The copier is booting up and an E840 is displayed. ???

It has been found that the ADF controller can cause an E840. The quick way to confirm this is to unplug the feeder and reboot the machine to see if the code is gone. DADF-Q1 controller part Number (FM2-5446-020) DADF-M1 controller part number (FM2-1021-000).
