    E824-0001. Primary charging cooling fan FM2 (FK2-0103-000).

When removing the laser cover, it is possible that the connector for the primary charger fan may not be connected properly. The harness can also be damaged.
    Fan is 2-speed control (voltage)(24/12 V)
    check all your Fan operations-in service mode-Copier > I/O > P-CON
    FM2 - P013-2: half-speed/1:ON-P013-3: full-speed/1:ON
    Connector J103 on DC PCB

When does the E072 happen ?????

    Turn MULTICAST DISCOVERY off.
    Additional Functions>System settings> Network settings>TCP/IP settings>Multicast discovery.
Reconfigure TCP/IP settings and then reboot the machine .

    Error :
    E732-0001

In troubleshooting this instance of E732-0001 error code, the first check was to verify the presence of 24v & 13v at J301 of the Interface PCB. NO 24v or 13v was detected at J301. These voltages are generated from the Converter PCB, the general circuit diagram describes this pcb as a DC-DC PCB. Check to see if J6 is outputting the 24v & 13v, if no voltage is measured, check for 24v at J5. The 24v is an input to J5 from the Accessory Power Supply. To generate DC voltage out from the Accessory Power Supply, AC voltage and a Remote voltage must be present. In this occurrence, AC voltage was measured at J3501 and a Remote voltage of 2v was present at J3502 of the Accessory Power supply. Replacing the Accessory Power Supply, part number FK2-3476-000 resolved the E732-001 error code.
