Hi again - minor IR550 problem - No paper

I have filled all the trays yet the machine keeps instructing me to add paper. What gives?

Press the paper select tab on the screen and see if the drawer actually shows paper present in that drawer, this should be your first step on any paper load request problem. If the display does not show that the drawer has paper in it, you have to diagnose a lifting error...

Is this in response to a print job?? Print drivers sometimes can request paper from a source that might match the physical size/orientation, but not the type (colored paper, heavy, letterhead) etc...
