how familiar are you with this device?

If you have never worked on a Canon CLC-4000 I would get a manual...especially for this unit.

you have to lift the developer/cleaner unit up out of the way so you can access the drums. You also need drum powder to lube the drum and blade so the blade doesn't flip and cause E012 codes. Look for a pin on the front of the drum housing that releases the assembly and there is also a release latch on the top of the cleaner units that cams the blade away from the drum so you don't scratch them when removing the unit.

Shift down the releasing lever of the transfer unit to release the transfer belt from the photosensitive drum.
    Lift the hopper unit.
Remove the four primary charging assemblies
Remove the four positioning knobs of the photosensitive drum. (Turn the smaller knob in the middle counterclockwise.)
Remove the two screws of the process unit case
Install the two process unit grips
Slide out the process unit case fully to the front.
Remove the screw equipped with a spring.
    Pull out the positioning pin
Push the middle of the cleaning blade with your finger, and move the pressure-releasing pin in the direction of the arrow while the area is away from the drum to free the cleaning blade.
Holding the grips with both your hands, lift the process unit about 5cm, and shift it to the rear to detach.

Separating the Developing Assembly and the Drum Cleaner Unit
    1) Remove the screw from the front/ rear side plate of the process unit; then, shift the drum cleaner unit to the rear, and turn it counterclockwise to detach.

    Five screws/ remove blade

when u put everything back/ make sure to release blade pressure back on drum face/
before sliding unit back in-replace those spring loaded pins/
u then need to look inside drums to have them line up with drum shaft pins/ or u will not be able to slide in unit

u have to turn drum from top plastic ridge counterclockwise only to line it up slots with drum shaft pins

I recommend to get a Canon trained person to tackle this, if u never attempted before-
u can cause more damage if not careful to those expensive drums

good luck and I hope you get some manuals to support this machine. There is a lot that can go wrong with it and without the proper tools you can cause some expensive problems.
