canon 6216 image problems

need urgent solution why my canon np6216 won't produce a image on the paper and sometimes produce a dotted black spots on the paper .
I'm looking forward from you guys.

If your getting black dots & nothing else, its most likely lost the primary charge. Replacing the drum unit will most probably fix it, if not the HVT.
