I recall shooting myself in the foot on that on once, many moons ago. It seem that is how I learn a lot of life's lessons :-)
I replied to this problem once before, and posted a picture of the rear of one of my machines that was properly configured. Searching for that picture was not rewarded with the rediscovery of that image this time. I have so few of these left in the field, they were my favorite color machine...
