Canon keeps jamming paper. Please help!

Just would like to thank zoraldinho and teckat for giving a useful information about this problem. I was able to find the part and order it. Less than $30 including shipping. I raise my beer to you guys!

Hope no one minds me hijacking this post from 2011 but believe it or not I have just looked at an irc3170 & this exit guide is cracked & the rubber roller that sits inside has turned soft & sticky so the paper sticks to it & jams.

My question is I seem to remember this guide FL2-0167-030 comes with the roller as a complete unit, or is there another part number for the complete guide unit etc? such a long time since I saw this model & I cant remember!?

The fuser unit is surprisingly good condition, no flats spots on the fixing or pressure rollers, amazing.
