Hi there i facing NP 6551 displaying E002, the Thermistor has replaced but error stil occurs. i hope some body give me solution.
do you resset the error on service mode?
there is no glory without sacrifice
yes i had reset the error in service mode but no luck. i don't know what makes this happen. please any solution will apreciate thanks.
No sir, the fix roller is smoothly and clean. i forgot mention that The error occurs each 2 or 3 days after reset the error in service mode.
installation may be less precise thermistor,
so that the thermistor can move freely during web spinning gear,
should give more freely when installing cables,
i will try to check the cable and power supply tomorrow thank you very much for your help sir.
i've been running this machine about 2 weeks and the error not occurs again, in fact the problem is SSR pcb with soldering was loosen i resoldering the pcb and it is work properly.
Just breaking the contacts on the the DC control may help- that is a good fix for older copiers. How may copies are on the copier? Have you had the copier moved resently? Or have you had some eletric work doe and is the copier on the same power circut with another device (AC unit) ? Also, can the code be reset in service mode, with no new parts put in? I have had the same problem on this mode and other models.... Replaced something with wires on it... Was it the thirmister? This model has two of them one towards the back of the UFR and one in the middle.. You also, may have a bad front door switch ( AC)....
Asks a few questions.....
