Installation Image Press C1 + Image Press Server Q1

Hello Guys,

Anyone can help me. I bought an Image Press C1 with Image PRess Server Q1, but I did all the steps possibles and i can´t get printting OR scanning.

HOW CAN I INSTALLING THIS MACHINES TO WORK WITH PRINTER AND SCAN PERFECTLY, ANYONE COULD HELP ME WITH STEP BY STEP?

Connecting Setting of External PDL Controller
set to "3" power off/on

check connection/Ping ??
install Print Driver ???

E-MAIL/I-Fax needs- Color Universal Send Kit> activated by registering a license
key.

Do you have the USER MANUAL for ImagePress C1?

I appreciate for the ImagePress Q1 manual, he's very importante for us.

U mean u can not ping your IP Address ?????

does the print driver see the C1 ???

Can u make copies off the glass ???
