How about the DC Driver PCB?
That's the one that takes signals from the thermistors...

also, I gotta ask: Customer Power?

    CHECK THIS

SW3 is the Fixing unit's AC interlock switch. Sometimes the right door actuator will be bent and not fully press SW3 when the right door is closed. SW3 is a button switch located right above some of the Fixing unit's rear frame connections. SW3 has been found to show signs of wear and have carbon build up inside it. If the right door actuator is straight and making good contact , inspect SW3 and it's AC connections. If any flaws are found after inspecting SW3, replace it. SW3's part number is, FM2-9427-000

Also an oddity I ran into last week could be a contributing factor. The upper bracket that is part of the right door hinge, the part near this actuator, was broken, and the door did not hang correctly. The steel had fractured, probably by the customer over extending the door when opening it. It had been jamming a lot. It was the kind of break you see from metal fatigue when something is flexed over and over till it breaks...
