Just my 2 cents worth, but I loved the 3200 series,,, shitty doc feeder!!, no getting around that, but the copier was rock solid if properly maintained. The 5058 is just a 3rd generation 5800, a turd by any other name...

The Tray 1 has problem, I put paper in to tray, but the printer still show "no paper", I checked the size of paper setup for this tray is corect. I guess the sensor of tray has problem. Still don't print PG10...
power off printer/keep tray 1 in
cheat open the right side door/
power up printer and look in above right guide to see if paper is being lifted up to sensor
do all your trays say no paper when there is paper ??
u can select the tray (CASSETTE)that works for your test prints in PG service mode

How many trays do u have ????
The following conditions must be set in order to generate a P-Print:
1) The paper source must contain one of these paper sizes, LTR, LTR-R, LGL or 11x17.
2) Paper Type should be set to Plain.
3) The Cassette in which the report will print from must be enabled "ON" under Drawer Eligibility.
To view or change this setting > Additional Function > Common Settings >
Drawer Eligibility for APS/ADS > < OTHER > < enable the cassette ON >
