If you took some time to search this forum, you would find at least a dozen discussions about this. Slipping ITB belt from dirty interior, old ITB belt that is stretched, worn ITB gears, old ITB clean blade, reseting laser adjustment cams to home position, clearing DC-Con (only after making sure you have either a P-Print or Label Print printout).

You are doing the hard part first, and it may not be needed, as CanonTech stated, start with the ITB first, go to lasers as a last resort when all other suggestions have been looked into, especially the life of the parts we have already spoken of. Is it time for a new belt, make sure it is clean inside the assembly? Blade? Worn gears? Do the easy stuff first...

This image I printed from Full Auto Gradation tool. But when I go to the service mode 1 -> Test-> PG type 6 or 8 or 10 or 12 then press Go , no thing happend, The printer dose not print.

I tried to clean everything and swap grears, change the blade but the colors still missalignment that why I tried to adjust the lasers cam. But I don't know where is the center position of lasers bar.

    Re: Canon iR C3220 misalignment.

when printing a test page from service mode you have to choose a paper tray with paper in it to print from. Should be under PG-PICK. Default is tray 1.

Type int thest print (hit OK)
    Choose paper tray (hit OK)
Then push the start key (Green circle)

try running a quick auto gradation as well
and which gears did you replace/swap? The drive gears that mount in the machine get worn and dirty and then do not mesh well with the drive gear on the rear of the ITB.

Also make sure that you reader unit that sits above the ITB is clean and sitting correctly above the belt.

u need to resolve the issue > why u can not print out PG Test prints

do u have a paper tray set for plain paper ??

    COPIER>TEST<PG>
    PG-PICK
Used to select Cassette output level during test print output.
    Setting values
    1: Cassette 1
    2: Cassette 2
    3: Cassette 3
    4: Cassette 4
    5 to 6: Not used
    7: Side deck
    8: Manual feed

    TXPH= set at 2

did u read my posted PDF , it shows the procedure
it shows the pictures like this one
