I have done it once. I opened a fixing film unit for the 4570 and it had the wrong connector on it so I assume it was for the 2270. I did not have another 4570 fixing film and when I looked at them it looked like they were the same except for one of the connectors. The customer was desperate so I switched the connectors and it worked. This was for 120v. Now I don't know if this was because they put the wrong connector on this fixing film unit or because they are the same except for the connector so try at your own risk.

"Once a King, always a King, but once a Knight is enough!"
lol found this out today the hard way. 22/28 is a 4 pin connector and 35/45 is a 3 pin. At least the films are the same if that's all it needs.
Id love to hear more experience about doing this. Mainly for emergency purposes. I knew the film was the same but never tried swapping connectors. Funny, anyone else?
