    Waste Toner Full message Waste

    Toner Container not customer replaceable-
    Tech should empty the container on every call and reset the counter. Adds five minutes to the call but eliminates a future service call plus travel.Observe local regulations when disposing of toner

    Fixing Web Depleted
    Error Code E005 Web is not customer replaceable-
    Check web on every call
    1. Replace web and reset counter when 25% or less remains to avoid an unnecessary return visit. Adds ten minutes and $4.00 additional parts cost to the call.
    2. Add web to trunk stock

    Error Code E677, Error Code E315, Connectivity problems, Command Workstation cannot log in, will not print, machine displays "printing", machine locked up,imagepass is locked up, message "check power and cable"
    Requires rebooting to clear; High probability cause of a recall, Sometimes No Trouble Found (NTF)-
    On every call:
    1. Tech should print to the imageRUNNER ADVANCE from a DPW before leaving the site
    2. When calling customer with ETA, ask them to reboot the imageRUNNER ADVANCE and also the
    imagePASS; this may resolve the situation

    GBC 3‐Hole Punch Die
    Die may not fully slide "home" when installed. Could be defective from GBC
    On next call, install 3 hole punch die to confirm it is operational. Contact Canon Regional Account Relationship Representative for a replacement if it is defective

    GBC Punch ‐ Flex Cable

    Generates a call to return with part. Cable part number is FC3‐3778‐000.
    Suggest tech carry one Adds $58.17 to the tech's inventory but will eliminate a return call

    Streaks and Spots on output
    Drive belt is frayed, broken, or out of place-
    Check Drive belt condition, adjustment, TP11 261; "Measure to Minimize the Failure of the Drum
    Cleaning Assembly Cogged Timing Belt". Adds ten minutes to a service call but eliminates recalls and
    unnecessary calls


    Streaks and Spots on output
    Operator may not be setting the paper type correctly and poor fixing or other problems are occurring-
    Confirm customer understands how to properly make paper settings in the device when they change papers

    I have 2 accounts side by side with 7105's . THey seem to be just as good. The word from inside is , they keep running until you need to empty the waste.
    I have only had a few minor issues.
    At Fedex they keep humming.

    8105 copy quality is way more consistent.
