iR2200 blank copies

Hello,

I'm having issues with an iR2200 which produces only blank copies. I've checked the developing unit and it seems quite ok (although I found one staple attached to the roller).This symptom seems like some kind of voltage leak. Could it be the drum? (I didn't have one with me yesterday, so I couldn't check it myself)

Could be drum/Primary roller or even exp lamp.... have fun

Clear the DC controller PCB. copier-function- clear -DC con.-ok

Since you found a staple in the developer mag roller, there is a distinct possibility that the bias power supply could have died from being shorted out...

Clear a spot on the developer and make a copy, is the cleared spot still showing?

check the drum for rotation as well, but I believe it would cause jams if it is not turning in contact with the transfer roller.

remember to re-input door specs and then re-boot machine.

Problem solved; two settings were incorrect at the service mode.

P-DC was over 400 (I put the factory setting back)
And the first setting at the service mode under HVT (can't remember the exact item name) was about 25000.
Now copies look good. I reckon that the staple on the mag roller caused this issue.
