There's been quite a lot of updates to this machine

Is the registration sensor worn or does it have a metal edge?

Does the lower right door have a foam pad stuck to the top.

If the following parts are fitted the majority of jams in the right door are eliminated.

FM3-1297-000 RIGHT LOWER INNER DOOR ASSY

    FM3-1296-000 RIGHT LOWER DOOR ASSEMBLY

    FL2-4520-000 FLAG, PRE-REG SENSOR

The registration flag rests against a sponge pad to prevent noise, they do go sticky. This may be worth checking too.Guys are right aswell(a jam code helps)

The picture you show does not represent the sponge noise dampening pad that was referred to above. The steel plate that forms the registration area has the reg sensor flag mounted to the back of it. Remove the steel plate to get at the back of it where the flag actuates the sensor. That flag rests on the sponge pad, and they get gooey, and present with "morning sickness" symptoms. After the machine has set still for awhile, the sensor flag is firmly stuck to the pad and will jam the sheet in the registration area.

I just had to do this to an iRC3080 a couple of weeks ago, found it on my second visit, not the first...
