Problem in high temperature ir 5000

I have a problem in a heater in this part

    PICT1341.jpg

Where the temperature rises to a high degree

Is it possible to minimize the temperature to a level not affect the operation of the device

What is the way to change the temperature?

    Don't. Call canon tech.

if u had a temperature issue / u would receive an ERROR CODE
or a "Suspended" message on control panel

Magneto.jpg call for a trained CANON Tech

    Temperature Control

The machine uses the following methods to control the fixing temperature:
    Description> State

    Normal
[1] Power-on sequence -Used if the fixing roller is 75°C or lower at power on.
    [2] Model-specific sequence =Used to suit the rated voltage of the model (100 V or 120/230 V).
3] Ambient temperature sequence -Used as follows depending on the machine inside
temperature detected by the environment sensor: if 18°C or more, H mode; if between 12°C and 18°C, M mode; if less than 12°C, L mode.
[4] Down sequence (text mode)-Used to prevent faulty fixing in continuous printing mode.
[5] Down sequence halftone mode (other than text mode)-Used to prevent faulty fixing of halftone images in continuous printing mode.
[6] Edge overheating prevention mode -Used to prevent overheating of the edges of the fixing roller when small-size paper is used.
[7] Jam recovery mode -Used if transfer paper is in the fixing/feeding unit in the presence of a jam.
[8] Power save mode -Used to decrease the control temperature, thus saving on power consumption.

    Description> State

    Setting in service mode

[9] Wait time reduction mode- Used to decrease the print start temperature by 15°C to reduce print time; for iR5000, 4 min or less; for iR6000, 1 min or less.
[10] Priority on fixing mode- Used to switch the down sequence temperature; increases the fixing temperature by 10°C.
[11] Priority on productivity mode -Used to switch the down sequence temperature; decreases the fixing temperature by 10°C.
[12] Thick paper mode (120/230-V model only) Used to increase the fixing temperature at the start of printing to 203°C or higher to improve fixing (after power-on, 211°C in M/L mode).
[13] Special paper mode - Used to hold printing unit if the fixing temperature
    reaches 180°C for special paper.
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

there is no error code or any thing in screen

    look my problem is :

When printing large quantities of paper
When the paper out adjacent to each other and the paper will be very hot

This is the problem I thought that there is a way to reduce the temperature

If you are not a decent tech, this machine will eat your lunch. You may be having a problem with
the cooling fan that is in the front. Clean all the filters and make sure the fan in front is working.
Otherwise the heat will build up inside the machine and harden the toner in the cleaning unit.
Then the gears on the front of the drum unit will strip. Then it will drop used toner on the transport and leave gray
spots on both sides of the copy.

    Good luck

    DR
