I'll check it out. They're trying to send 20MB files and the Comcast file cap is set at 10MB i think. 'It worked before'...
did the customer change the service that they are paying for with Comcast?

Hey Tonerboy, The problem looks like a size limit on the exchange side. have them use a different exchange server and try sending. I have a comcast and verizon email accounts setup for testing purposes. This may help.
