    so what's the problem

Envelopes should be fed out Cassette 1 if using Envelope Feeder Attachment-C1

Envelopes can be loaded into paper drawer 1 only if the optional Envelope Feeder Attachment-C1 is attached-

    Envelopes in>
Stack Bypass can be used if u don't have attachment

    Envelope sizes accepted -
    ISO-B5:- 7" x 9 7/8" (176 mm x 250 mm)
    ISO-C5:- 6 3/8" x 9" (162 mm x 229 mm)
    COM 10:- 4 1/8" x 9 1/2" (104.7 mm x 241.3 mm)
    Monarch:- 3 7/8" x 7 1/2" (98.4 mm x 190.5 mm)
    DL:- 4 3/8" x 8 5/8" (110 mm x 220 mm)
    Yougata 4:- 4 1/8" x 9 1/4" (105 mm x 235 mm)

    BYPASS TRAY
    • If you are printing on envelopes, do not allow more than 10 envelopes to accumulate in the output tray. Always empty the output tray once 10 envelopes have accumulated.

    • If you select [Envelope] for copying or printing, you cannot use the Multi-Page Enlargement, Collate, 1 2-Sided, 2 2-Sided, Book 2-Sided, Two-page Separation,
Cover/Sheet Insertion, Image Combination, Booklet, or Transparency Interleaving mode.

    IMPORTANT==
If the envelope type is not selected correctly, a paper jam will occur.

If you select [Envelope] when printing documents stored in an inbox, you cannot use the Collate,Two-sided, Cover/Sheet Insertion, or Booklet mode.

list your steps on printing and your setup for envelopes
what print driver & application are you using ??

printing wrong ? / or not printing at all / have error message ??

are u using MS Word ??

Here are some things to remember

when installing and using the Envelope Cassette Attachment C1, to improve feeding and reduce jams:

        1. Use the green spring (part number FB3-2903-000) for Number 10 envelopes.
        2. Make sure the side and rear stops are set in the Number10 envelope position,(indicated on cassette base).
        3. Install the new feed and separation rollers found in TP05-270a.pdf. The feed roller is FC5-6934-000 and the separation roller is FC6-6661-000.
        4. Do not overload the cassette, it will hold only 20 Number 10 envelopes, ( see label on side stop guide).
