ir 3300 100W weird situation

Hi, one of my customer complaining that theres a dirty line in the middle of A4 paper around 10cm. it is not too visible but u can see it even for the very 1st page. i did many things but no cure including

1. blade changed , drum changed, primary charge changed
2. changed scanner lamp, cleaned scanner unit, cleaned mirrors and cleaned glasses with spirit
3. cleaned laser unit
4. cleaned transfer roller

it doesnt cure even a little .... i dont think developer cylinder will cause this problem isnt it?

Did you try to put new Drum Cartridge?

yes i changed whole drum unit assembly

It could be fixing film.

Do you have issue only with copy?Make forse stop before fixing and check print.Post a picture.
How many prints have machine?

will go on customer place on early morning to have try on force stop n will post the sample. If im not wrong it almost 2million. Thats hardcore machine lol

You could take dev unit out and wipe the roller down. See if there is something hiding under some toner?
