I installed a new pickup roller, feeding roller and separation sponge with new ones, sill the feeding through it make jam in repetitive copies.
What is the real problem? Thanks.

It didn't give a jam code. Just jam at the cassatte # 3 only the paper didn't leave it and the copier show jam at touch screen. The machine copied about 2 m till now (the counter show that).
So you are not a tech i beleve.Call a canon tech.
