Have got aCanon iR3045 with an error code e00611-0000 which is not in the service manual. It seems to point to the image proccessor or Sram. Has any one got any ideas please as nobody seems to have had this fault.

E00611-------------> Rebooting repeat error due to SRAM failure, etc.
Reseat or replace RAM.

E611 Error in repeat of reboot due to fault of the SRAM, etc.
-0000 = SRAM information has failed, job information stored in the SRAM cannot be read and a reboot is repeated at recovery from powering off .

did this happen after a Fax Transmission

Remarks: HD-CLEAR shall be indispensable for 4 and 6.

U could try a MN-CON CLEAR
Service Mode > COPIER > Function > CLEAR > MN-CON.
