    Feeding Fixing Unit Position

I have a case clc5151 where the left side Fixing feeding unit cover does not completely close up like the right side.

Is there some registration to be done ?

your latches are bent or broken for the drawer
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

    Right on/the money

seen this a hundred times/ usually customer damage

The fixing drawer will not latch correctly. The drawer may even pop out during copying. The fixing drawer latches will not catch on the bearings mounted on internal rails correctly. Bearings and rails appear to be normal.

the problem can be resolved onsite with no parts needed.
Simply swap latches front to rear.
The part number for the latches if this procedure doesn't work is FC6-8851-000.
