Error code E 020 03B1, E020 03 91, E020 0360 on iRADVC 2020 series

Hi Experts,

Any one of you have solution to above error code?
I have encountered numerous cases. Replacing the new modify hopper (both type) unit does not help.

I notice the new modified hopper unit work well on full text or low image coverage print. I found the error code resurface once you do continuous copy of A3 size, PG test 5 on black with the density coverage of 255 or document with 80 percentage of image coverage.

This issue is making me crazy.

Hi Bro,

Thank you very much for the information.
I encounter error code if I print multiple copies of high image coverage document.
Any idea how to overcome this.

I would also recommend on updating the firmware on the device
I was told that the new hopper really work fully on version V20 and above
(Not sure if this is true)
