I have problems with A3 sheet of the irc 2880i sometimes it goes out wrinkled like image attached.

someone knows the problem? the sheet goes out in the direction of the arrow (it is not jamming)

Hi Zoraldinho, I don't have inner finisher, I have tried to do an A3 copy by manual feeder tray and I have selected high thick sheet and the same results. how can I change fixing speed?

How do you get into service mode???? LOL

If your paper is free of moisture and the service moded adjustments do not work you may want to look at your lower pressure roller and bushings

This is a known issue; It's the decurl shaft which is not doing his job;
Either you replace the decurl assy or you replace the orange decurl shaft as well as its bearings.

I presume he is meaning the small diameter orange foam roller in the fuser. The bushings wear / stick and cause wrinkles. They are usually more prevalent on trail edge A3. Lubricating them normaly solves. If not - replace the roller and the bushings.
