I m having same problem in my ir3045n paper curl everytime I copy and it jam when print both side I do cheap photocopy bcoz of other competitors so I can't use thick paper it cost a lot so please if anyone give me the advise how can I prevent paper being curl.. .

with that model and all similar models you want to scrape off all noise suppression pads located in right hand door. You will find them under all paper guides operated by a solenoid. With age they get sticky and the guides will stick to them causing jamming problems.
Remove all sticky dampers...under upper duplex guide also. If it does it when they use crap paper,tell them sorry...buy some decent paper.
Like stated, but better paper.
Or send out your duplexes to Staples/ Office Depot and give them the headaches.
Low end Canon's have a poor record on duplexes.
