iRC3220 ain't that bad option, but I'd choose a device from the iRC2380-3580 range. Those devices are real workhorses; we have few of them with over 600k in meter, and they are still running with original fusers etc. Much more worry-free device than iRC3220 or 3200.
Personaly if i had to spend my own money i would go for ricoh
both the 3220 series and 3480 series machines are good devices. From a repair point of view I like the 3220 series and the print quality is better than 3480 series. If you have the extra money a 5180 series is just as easy to work on as well, but the fuser assembly is a little costly, but a real work horse. We have several of these in the 2.5 - 3 million range.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
Thank u all for u r good suggestions. I think now i have a choice for ir5180.

First --Get yourself a 5180 service manual
Next---u need to check if 5180 has latest firmware -
Run some PG 10's test prints- to inspect for Fix unit surface wear or damage-
check error log for E007 codes> if not cleared already

COPIER > COUNTER > DRBL-1 > FIX-BLT-U
COPIER > COUNTER > DRBL-1 > FIX-BLT-L
you should not clear these counters unless u replace entire unit/
a third party or fourth party may have done so for sales purpose
if u ever need to replace a Fix unit > u need to run this adjustment
Enter the Service mode--only run this when replacing a unit
