    Are u a tech ???

    Starting Service Mode and Making Selections
    1) Press the User Mode key “*” in the control panel.
    2) Press ‘2’ and ‘8’ keys at the same time on the keypad.
    3) Press the User Mode key “*” in the control panel.


    be careful what u touch in service mode/ it can make your machine inoperable to use

    hiii.very very tank u.can i found an error history?a list of previous errors of my meshine.that contain all of errors'solved or not solved.

    whats is the jam code.
    how many copies on m/c
    could be your duplex rollers or clutch
    could be your inner delivery rollers.
    could be a nick in the sensor actuator.
