    CLC 3200 paper size problem

    Hi,
I have a machine CLC 3200 and here is the scenario:

my set up is Auto Paper Select
1st Paper Tray LTR: LTR original on platen glass, i make copy OK!. On ADF OK!
2nd Paper Tray A4: A4 original on platen glass, i make copy OK!. On ADF OK!
3rd Paper Tray A3: A3 original on platen glass, i make copy OK!. On ADF OK!
4th Paper Tray Folio: Folio original on platen glass, A4 is being displayed. On ADF it feeds then stop and the display on screen says:"Load LGL paper size" and the 3rd Paper Tray (which is A3) is blinking

How can i make Folio auto detect on platen and on ADF?
    my adjustments are:
    COPIER>OPTION>CST
    U1-NAME (1)
    U2-NAME (1)
    CST-U1 (35)
    CST-U2 (35)

    COPY>OPTION>MODEL-SZ (3) AB/INCH

is there an adjustment for ADF so it can detect Folio?
I try to use LGL paper size but the paper jams on fusing unit (it is because LGL is 8.5x14 while my paper is just 8.5x13 right? )

any idea on this matter? Thank you very much.

    COPIER>OPTION<BODY>---Level 2
SCANSLCT (Used to turn ON/OFF function that calculates scan area from selected paper
    size.)
0: OFF (Scan area is determined by document detection.)
(Value at time of factory shipment/value after RAM clear)
1: ON (Scan area is determined by paper size.)

    COPIER>OPTION<BODY>---Level 2
    >ORG-LGL (Used to set special paper size not compatible with DF size recognition.)
0: LEGAL (value at time of factory shipment/value after RAM clear)
    1: G-LEGAL
    2: FOOLSCAP

Re: CLC 3200 paper size problem

sir i did the adjustments that you gave me. When i try to place a Folio original on the ADF, the paper feeds then stops. The 4th Paper Tray (Folio) is now detected, but the screen still displays "Load LGL paper size". Also I place a Folio original on the platen glass but A4 is till detected. What seems to be the problem?

If drawer eligibility for APS/ADS is set to off for the paper size you are copying symptoms will occur.
Check the following for APS/ADS settings:

    * Select Additional Functions/Common Settings/Drawer Eligibility for APS/ADS. Make sure the setting is 'ON' for any mode/paper size required.

what did u do in this setting below/ ????/

    COPIER>OPTION<BODY>---Level 2
SCANSLCT (Used to turn ON/OFF function that calculates scan area from selected paper
    size.)
0: OFF (Scan area is determined by document detection.)
(Value at time of factory shipment/value after RAM clear)
1: ON (Scan area is determined by paper size.)

    power off/on to take effect

    COPIER>OPTION<USER> level 2
    • SIZE-DET (Used to turn document size detection function ON/OFF.)
    0:OFF
1: ON (value at time of factory shipment/value after RAM clear) (When pressure
plate opens/closes, optics don’t light, eliminating dazzle.)
