    CLC 3200 Printer Controller Problem

Hi, I have units here CLC3200 all with a 128MB Printer Controller and its working okay. I try to use a Printer Controller with 256MB on one of the unit, when I touch the Printer tab, the screen show "Wait a moment. (Check the power source of the print server behind the main unit and cable connection if the display does not change in a moment.)"
Actually I have not yet used a 256MB Printer Controller so i'm not sure if it is for that model (CLC3200)
What I noticed is that the red LED is displaying a 00 number, i don't know if its normal
Is there maybe an adjustment to be done so that the 256MB Print Controller will function?
Any idea what to check or adjust on the unit?

attached here are images of 128MB and 256MB Printer Controller:
